What is Dinner Delivered?

Dinner Delivered is Chattanoogas Restaurant Delivery Service.  If you want restaurant food items delivered from a specific restaurant that doesnt deliver its own menu items, Dinner Delivered is the solution.  Dinner Delivered has created over 30 delivery partnerships with Chattanoogas Restaurants to offer nearly every type of cuisine for you to order delivery from for Lunch and Dinner.


When is Dinner Delivered open to take delivery orders?

Dinner Delivered is open:

Monday: 9:30am 2:00pm and 4:00pm 10:00pm

Tuesday: 9:30am 2:00pm and 4:00pm 10:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am 2:00pm and 4:00pm 10:00pm

Thursday: 9:30am 2:00pm and 4:00pm 10:00pm

Friday: 9:30am 2:00pm and 4:00pm 10:00pm

Saturday: 4:00pm 10:00pm

Sunday: 4:00pm 9:00pm


Special accommodations may be made for a delivery that needs to be delivered between 2:00pm and 4:00pm Monday through Friday.  Call 423-634-8899, to speak to customer service representative about this type of accommodation.


How do I place a delivery order?

If you want delivery from one of Chattanoogas restaurants that is partnered with Dinner Delivered, log onto DinnerDelivered.com, and select the Chattanooga zip code you want your restaurant order delivered to. 


Dinner Delivered will deliver to all Businesses, Hotels, and Residents in Downtown Chattanooga, North Chattanooga, Red Bank, Hixson, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Lookout Valley, St. Elmo, Brainerd, East Brainerd, East Ridge, the Highway 58 Area, the Amnicola Area, Ooltewah, and Harrison. 


If the zip code you desire for delivery is not on the available list of zip codes, call Dinner Delivered at 423-634-8899, and a customer service representative may be able to make an accommodation for you.  Zip codes that accommodations might be made for include Soddy Daisy, Flintstone, Fort Oglethorpe, Ringgold, and Lookout Mountain Georgia.


After selecting the zip code you want your delivery made to, choose from the available restaurant tabs on the left side of the home screen.  White restaurant tabs indicate the restaurant is currently available to order deliveries from through Dinner Delivered.  Blacked out tabs indicate a specific restaurant is currently unavailable for delivery at the specific time you are logged on to the website.  Each restaurant has specific times they are opened and closed.  These times are located on the top center of each restaurant menu once you have opened the menu.


After selecting which restaurant you desire delivery from, select the available menu food items from that restaurant to build a shopping cart, located at the top center of the home screen.  When selecting menu food items, an option, labeled customize item, will appear beside each item in the shopping cart.  By selecting this option you can increase the quantity of an item, add a customers name to an item, or specify No Onions or Dressing on the Side for each item.


Once you have finalized your shopping cart, click the checkout button, located at the top left corner of the home page.


In the checkout screen, you can choose which form of payment you wish to pay with for your delivery order.  You can pay with any debit or credit card online on Dinner Delivereds secure website, or you may choose to pay with cash upon delivery.  After choosing your payment option, you will finalize the online order by creating a customer account.  Enter your name, your contact phone number, and the address you want the food order delivered to.  Also, make sure to fill out the optional directions box with any pertinent details about your address or order, including the name of your office building, hotel, or apartment, along with the suite or apartment #, along with any other directions to better help your mobile waiter more quickly locate you.  You may also want to leave a secondary phone number you can be reached at in case your primary phone number is inaccessible.


You may also call 423-634-8899 to speak to customer service representative to place a delivery order over the phone.  When a Dinner Delivered customer service representative processes your delivery order, it is the exact same process as you doing it yourself online.  You may pay with a debit or credit card over the phone, or choose to pay cash upon delivery.


After I place my order, what happens next?

Once your online order has been confirmed by a Dinner Delivered customer service representative, or after you have placed your delivery order over the phone with a Dinner Delivered customer service representative, your order will be faxed and called into your selected restaurant by a Dinner Delivered Manager.  Your delivery order will then be in the hands of the actual restaurant you ordered delivery from.  They will cook and prepare your delivery order with the greatest attention and perfection as if it were an in-house order.  Once your order is freshly prepared and packaged in durable restaurant togo containers and bagged, a Dinner Delivered Mobile Waiter will then finalize the packaging of the delivery order and will double check the order for quality and the right quantity.  The Dinner Delivered mobile waiter will place your restaurant packaged delivery order in their temperature-controlled insulated bags and will then depart from the restaurant with you order.


All Dinner Delivered mobile waiters are well trained to expertly navigate Chattanoogas streets, insuring the quickest delivery drive from the restaurant you ordered delivery from to the address you specified the delivery be made to.  Dinner Delivered mobile waiters are all equipped with the newest GPS systems and have smart phone functions for navigation purposes also.  All mobile waiters are in constant contact with our dispatch center.  When a mobile waiter is dispatched to a restaurant for delivery, they are paged all of your delivery orders pertinent information via text messages to their smart phone. The text messages include the restaurant of your choice, the exact menu food items you ordered, your order total, payment method, address, phone number, and gratuity amount. Mobile waiters are also sent any special instructions you leave on your order. You may receive a phone call from your mobile waiter if they have difficulty locating your address. Apartment buildings can be particularly tricky, especially at night. We recommend leaving detailed instructions including the address, name of the apartments, building number, door number, and any other special directions on how to find the right building or apartment.
